
File Tools

New: Pulls up the New Project Dialog for starting a new project. This will not close any projects you currently have open.

Open: Opens any existing Phoenix Project Manager project.

Save: Saves the active open project. This is only available if you've chosen a file to save your project to (using "Save As..." in the File menu), or previously opened the project from a saved file and you've made changes to the project.

Save Layout: Saves all your current view options (including formatting options) to the active layout. This is only available when changes have been made to the view. (see Layouts and Formatting)

Print: Prints your project using your current Page Layout settings. This will print the Barchart if you are in Barchart view, and the Network Diagram if you are in Network Diagram view.
Edit Tools

Delete: Deletes all currently selected activities.

Cut: Copies all selected activities to the clipboard, then deletes them from the project.

Copy: Copies all selected activities to the clipboard.

Paste: Copies all activities on the clipboard to the project. This will pull up the Paste Dialog with options for activity Id renaming and other copy options.

Undo: Reverts the last change you made to the schedule. This will not undo changes to the layout or view options except network line assignments.

Redo: Repeats the last change that was reverted.

These buttons will toggle any of the Dockable Tool Windows on or off.

Network Zoom Tools

Zoom In: Enlarges the Network Diagram view.

Zoom Out: Shrinks the Network Diagram view.
Other Tools

Spell Check: Checks all activity descriptions for spelling mistakes.

CPM Check: Checks the schedule for compliance with CPM Checker rules.

These buttons will switch the Network Diagram view mode, see Network Diagram View Modes.
