This fixed window shows a time interval histogram and line and bar chart showing the utilization of any single resource you have selected. The period of time is locked to the period show above in the barchart or network diagram window. Scrolling the barchart or network diagram window will also scroll the resource utilization graph window. To use, simply select the resource you'd like to see in the adjoining resource list and the graph will be generated. If the graph visibility is toggled it will be included when the project is printed. The visibility of the graph is stored on a per layout basis.

The graph can be configured by clicking the Configure... button. From there you can enable and disable the Allocation Bars (including highlighting Over Allocation and the limit line for Maximum Allocation) and the Accumulation Curve. Allocation bars show the total allocation for the resource for each day across all activities the resource is assigned to. The accumulation curve reflects the total allocations of the resource up to the day you are looking at. With this graph you can tell at a glance how much of a resource you've allocated up to any point in the project.
