Phoenix Project Manager allows you to change the look and feel of most of your schedule. This is done mostly through the Format window found in the Format menu. Phoenix also has the ability to store off all of your current view options and formatting in multiple layouts giving you the ability to customize your view for use during specific specific stages of working on your schedule, working on different areas of your schedule, and/or for sending your schedule to others already laid out how they expect to see the schedule. You can setup as many layouts as you want or need and switch between them with ease using the Layout Manager.

All of the following options are saved off individually per layout (and possibly more):

• All formatting options including:
  • Timescale settings
  • Columns settings
  • Barchart Bar settings
  • Sightlines
  • Organization settings
  • Row settings
  • Dates format settings
  • Critical Path settings
• The current active view (either Barchart or Network Diagram)
• Assigned network lines and text labels
• Any applied filters
• Barchart comparisons if they are setup
