This format window affects how the timescale is displayed in Barchart view, Network Diagram view, and all printouts. The timescale is split into multiple tiers (or rows), each with the ability to show different units of time. The format window gives you a preview of any timescale settings you change in this window on the top so you can see how it will look before you apply those changes. The bottom tabs contain all the configurable settings for each individual tier.

Each timescale tier can be turned on or off by toggling the Shown checkbox. Tiers can be set to show years, months, weeks, or days by changing the Display setting.

Tip: If you need to come back to this window to make changes to the timescale often, you can quickly access it by double-clicking in the timescale at any time.
