From here you can add, remove, re-order, and change the look of the Activity List header as it looks in both the barchart view and in any printouts. The top window gives you a preview of the columns, and also gives you the ability to drag and drop columns in a different order as well as resize any column by dragging it's right border. The font and background color settings apply to the entire Activity List header, the color can be changed by clicking the Background Color button.

You can add new columns to the Activity List by clicking the Add button and selecting the column type you want from the list. If you have a column selected in the Column Configuration list, new columns will be added after the selected column, otherwise they will be added at the end. By clicking the Edit button you can change a selected column's label and width as it will be shown in the Activity List. Any column in the list can be removed by selecting it, and clicking Remove. You can also change the order of any selected column by clicking the Move Up and Move Down buttons.

If you only need to change the order of the columns or their sizes, you can do so without opening the Format window by dragging the right border of the column in the Activity List header itself and dragging and dropping the columns just like you can in the preview window. You can also have Phoenix set an automatic column size by double clicking the right border of any column in the main Activity List header (not in the preview). Phoenix will calculate the smallest size the column can go without cutting off any information and set it to that width.

Tip: Quick changes to the headers can be made by double-clicking on the Activity List header at any time to pull up this window.
