The Code Library allows you to define activity codes and values for organizing the activities in your schedule. The Code Library window can be accessed by selecting Code Library from the Info menu. Activity codes and values are shown in a hierarchical tree.

Adding Codes and Values

New activity codes can be easily added by clicking the Add Code button. You can add values by selecting the activity code you want to add a value to and then clicking the Add Value button. To edit the name of the newly created code or value, select it and click the Edit button.

Managing Activity Codes and Values

There are several ways you can change or manage your activity codes and values:

• Edit: This button lets you change the name of any activity code or value in the list.
• Delete: You can remove any value or a full activity code along with all of its values by clicking this button.
• Move Up: Moves the selected value up in the list of values for its corresponding activity code.
• Move Down: Moves the selected value down in the list of values for its corresponding activity code.

Importing

You can import activity codes and values from another project you have done by clicking the Import button. Once you have selected the Phoenix project file you want to import from, the active storepoint's activity codes and corresponding values will be imported into your current project.
